Once We receive the returned Goods, We will process Your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees for the reimbursement.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned Goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
